Today we sit down with emergency physician and our current ultrasound fellowship director at OHSU, Dr. Dan Hubbard, to discuss the use of ultrasound in the Emergency Department. We will talk about ways Dr. Hubbard has used this skill to augment and improve his care of patients. From patients who are in the trauma bay, to those with subtle shortness of breath, ultrasound is a skill set that will continue to help emergency physicians render better care to their patients.
